Project timelines and deliverables will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Updates and progress reports will be provided regularly to maintain transparency.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds may be considered only if services have not yet commenced.
Once work has started, fees for services rendered are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@taemaenterprise.com.
