  • Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide accurate information, necessary documentation, and timely feedback to avoid delays.

3. Communication

We maintain open communication with our clients throughout the fulfillment process. Project updates, progress reports, or service status will be shared via email, phone, or other agreed channels.

4. Payment & Invoicing

  • Payments are due according to the terms stated in the client’s service agreement or invoice.

  • Services may be paused or delayed if payments are not received within the agreed timeframe.

  • All fees will be clearly communicated before services begin.

5. Revisions & Adjustments

If revisions or adjustments are required during the fulfillment process, we will work collaboratively with clients to address them within the scope of the agreement. Any requests outside the initial scope may require additional fees or updated terms.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of professional services, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel services with written notice. Any completed work or costs incurred up to the date of cancellation will remain payable.

All client information shared with us during the fulfillment process will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
